You may have initially come to this site looking for support for your child/children, and then you saw I have adult offerings as well.
I am a mother too and have a child with needs. I know how incredibly tiring and overwhelming it can all feel. Often times as parents and caregivers, we put the needs of our children and family first and then become depleted and over-stretched and let our own well-being and health fall by the side.
My goal is to support you as well, because in doing so, I am further supporting your children.
When we feel centered and good within ourselves, we have so much more to give to those around us. I am here to help you secure your own oxygen mask first, so that you can be your best self for you and your child.
