The Koru
The Koru is a New Zealand Maori symbol that is a spiral shape representing a new unfurling fern frond. The circular shape conveys the idea of perpetual movement and its inward coil suggests life, growth, strength, peace, harmony and a return to the point of origin.
Koru Integration supports children and adults to return to their point of origin through methods and techniques that help integrate and regulate mind and body.
Koru Integration is for CHILDREN who experience:
Educational and learning difficulties (in reading, math, writing and spelling), developmental delays, behavioral challenges, difficulty attending and focusing, sensory sensitivities, auditory processing difficulties, lack of coordination, low confidence and self-esteem, social and emotional difficulties, anxiety and trauma-related challenges, speech and language issues and other learning, social and behavioral challenges.
Koru Integration is for ADULTS who feel:
Stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, unmotivated, uninspired, a lack of energy, depleted, over-stretched, tired, worn down, depressed and have perhaps let their own well-being and health fall by the side and have difficulty falling asleep and/or staying asleep.
It's time to find your balance.
If you or your child struggle with any of the items listed, then I am so glad you are here.
It is important to know that all of this can be worked with and it is never too late.
I have taken all the best practices of what I have learned and created a gentle yet powerful comprehensive and holistic approach to support children and adults come back into balance and access their fullest potential.
